1. Are GOCT products safe?
   GOCT products are non-hazardous, non-toxic, and non-corrosive. They are completely biodegradeable. many components of the products are food-grade materials.
2. How do they work?
   GOCT products work in a variety of ways. Some work bio-chemically, encouraging the proliferation of various micro-organisms, which, in turn, facilitate desirable chemical reactions. Other products are powerful surfactants, allowing the rapid and thorough penetration of water and deodorizers into an odorous mass. Many of the odors are then "Hydrolized" or chemically combined into non-odorous substances. Other products chemically convert fats, and non-petroleum oils and greases into soaps. These are just a few of the technologies utilized. Specific information about any particular product is available from GOCT.
3. How are the products used and applied?
   This will vary depending on the product and the situation. In general, products either work on contact with odorous material (surface), or by being mixed into odorous material (incorporation), or by contact with the fouled air leaving odorous material (air). Products which work by surface contact are normally sprayed directly onto the odor source. Products which are incorporated situations where the odorous material is being conveyed, loaded, or otherwise moved, incorporation products may be metered into the stream. Porducts which work by air contact must be atomized into the exhaust stream or into the surrounding air.
4. What types of odors do the products treat?
   GOCT products will deodorize most organic odors, including those generated by garbage, bio-solids, green wastes, animal wastes, and food odors. Practically any odor caused by decay and decomposition can be eliminated or diminished by treatment with GOC Technology products. Cooking odors and many types of industrial processing odors may also be treated.
5. How are the products sold?
   GOCT Products are available to end-users through our distributors around the world. If no distributor is available in your specific area, products may be ordered through the nearest distributor or directly from GOCT.
6. What sizes are available?
   GOCT normally ships products to its distributors in commercial sizes. Smaller sizes and ready-to-use products are available from the distributors. Package sizes are as small as 1 liter up to 1,300 liters.
7. Will I find the products in my local stores?
   GOCT does not sell to the retail markets. Occasionally an individual distributor may package and sell products in this manner. Most GOCT products are industrial strength, and are sold to solid waste and wastewater treatment facilities, agricultural facilitiies, and manufacturing and processing facilities. Many distributors do sell to various users needing treatment for pet odors and smoke odors. GOCT headquarters does not sell to these markets.
